During onboarding we create an SFTP login for your store on our server and hand you the host, username and password. You (or we, on your behalf) give those to your DMS vendor and ask them to turn on the inventory export. Once the first file lands, the board fills in automatically.
No. Every vehicle is keyed by VIN. When a feed runs, existing cars are updated in place, new VINs are added, and VINs that have left the feed are marked sold.
Almost certainly. Any system that can export inventory as a CSV or XML file — on a schedule, to an SFTP server — will work. Email [email protected] with the DMS name and we'll confirm.
