Lotly Auto builds two tools for independent car dealers. Recon tracks every car from the day you buy it to frontline-ready. Pulse posts your inventory to Facebook Marketplace from your own browser. The company is Lotly Automotive Solutions LLC in Holland, Michigan, started by Alec Sennertt after more than 10 years working in car dealerships.

Who builds it

Alec Sennertt has spent more than 10 years in and around car dealerships. He has detailed cars in the back lot, sold them on the front line and run the floor from the management desk, at both franchise and independent stores.

At a smaller independent store, Alec found that the software that helps you run a lot was priced for franchise groups. His store couldn't justify those prices, so he built his own. Recon came first, and Pulse followed. Both are built for independent lots that turn a few dozen cars a month, not for franchise mega-stores.
